Chef Dan Gonzalez – Executive Chef

Chef Dan Gonzalez began his culinary career at the original Eldred Preserve as a sous chef. He returns to his roots, now as the Executive Chef, at the newly reimagined establishment, The Homestead Restaurant + Lounge.

In the years since his time at the original Eldred Preserve, Chef Dan has perfected his craft at restaurants such as Cellaio Steak and Dos Gatos Cantina at Resorts World Catskills.

Chef Dan oversees both the traditional restaurant menu and kitchen. He is proud to offer classics from the original Old Homestead menu delivered with a newly refined culinary experience guests have come to know and love of the new eatery.
