John Carrino
Chef John Carrino was born and raised in the food and beverage industry. A graduate of Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City, he began his career at the Crystal Springs Resort in Vernon, New Jersey, working his way up to executive chef while pursuing culinary school.
He owned and operated Main 233 in Chatham NJ, which was consistently voted the best restaurants in NJ by various outlets. Currently he is the executive chef at Old Stone House inn Warwick NY where he focuses on elevating local ingredients inside the kitchen and connecting with family and loved ones outside of the kitchen.
