Bob Ambrose started his own catering business at the age of 15 after reading Jacques Pepin’s La Technique. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 1989, he spent the next 14 years working in kitchens across the Country and traveling globally.
In 2003 he opened Bella Bella Gourmet, partnering with the owners of LaBelle Farm. He is always searching for unique preparations to incorporate into our product lineup. Products like our Smoked Magret Duck Breast, Duck Leg Confit, Duck Breast Prosciutto, Chicken Carnitas, and Foie Gras Torchon, are made following time-honored recipes that the nation’s top chefs are proud to serve in their restaurants.
